Who thrives on the crew
Four kinds of people we’re built for
You don’t have to fit one box — but you’ll see yourself in at least one.
Campus & side-hustle
18–26 · Atlanta, Athens, Statesboro, Savannah colleges. Flexible blocks between classes — not a desk job.
Gig & field veteran
Field Nation, cable/ISP, break-fix, AV install. Offers that match skills and fewer wild drives.
Rural & small-town
South GA, North GA, Valdosta, Albany, Rome — the local fixer. We dispatch by your radius, not just downtown.
Career switcher
Help desk, retail, trades — prove it on real tickets before cert spend. Hustle beats a perfect résumé.
Frictionless funnel
How you get in
- Tap in — text, call, or application. No PDFs, no corporate portal.
- Quick screen — we read your answers (or chat) within 1–2 business days.
- Learn the app — short mobile training + visual quiz (coming in-app; we’ll email you the link).
- Go Active — mark yourself available, accept offers near you, get paid per completed job.
Bring your people
Referral engine
Enthusiastic people know other enthusiastic people. After your first wave of techs is live, we turn on crew referrals: bring a friend, and when they finish their first 5 jobs, you both earn $50 (pilot terms — we’ll confirm by email).
Georgia first
Where we’re recruiting
Every corner of Georgia. Launch metros: Metro Atlanta · Athens · Augusta · Columbus · Macon · Savannah — plus Valdosta, Albany, Dalton, Rome, Brunswick, and everywhere in between.
In person: campuses, barber shops, gaming lounges, county Facebook groups, workforce boards. Online: TikTok & Reels (one Georgia cluster per week), text and call, Facebook gig boards, Telegram job channels.
Career path & dispatch
The Three-Tier Crew Model
Leta matches the right skill to the right job. Whether you’re just starting out or carrying top-tier certs, you enter one of three tiers. This defines the work you see and your path to higher pay.
Tier 1: Junior Tech
The Boots on the Ground. No prior IT experience needed. We look for hustle, a reliable car, and willingness to learn. You handle simple hardware swaps, site surveys, and assist on big rollouts. Access to entry-level jobs and mentorship for CompTIA A+.
Tier 2: Field Tech
The Independent Generalists. Requires proven experience or baseline certs (A+, Network+, CCNA). You handle POS installs, rack patching, OS imaging, and lead Tier 1 teams. Unlocked access to broader jobs, higher pay, and priority regional routing.
Tier 3: Senior Specialist
The Elite Talent. Advanced certs (CISSP, AWS CSA) or deep programming skills. You handle cloud migrations, architecture, automation, and remote infrastructure. Highest compensation, full project autonomy, and 100% remote consulting options.
Your profile, your rules
Freelancer-style control
Leta Tech works like the gig platforms you already know: you build a marketplace profile — headline, pitch, skills with proficiency levels, and what you want to highlight. Partners see the real you; you choose every job on the dispatch board.
Onboarding that asks the right questions
Our application covers skills, your public pitch, pay floor, and work types.
Edit anytime in the app
Update headline, bio, skill levels, and travel radius from Marketplace profile in Leta Tech.
Filter offers your way
Sort by distance or pay, cap miles, and match skills — distance matters in Georgia.

Digital close-out
Signatures, photos, and artifacts that protect you and the customer when scope or liability questions arise.

Why one pool matters
Separate gig lists fragment liquidity. Leta’s model routes partner and customer work through the same network so everyone benefits from a deeper bench. Read the three-sided model for the full picture.
